Knights of Columbus Council 9792 wishes to thank all of the boys and girls who participated in the “Keep Christ in Christmas” poster contest.  Participants were Holy Family parish boys and girls from grades K through 8th.

 

The “Keep Christ in Christmas” poster contest consisted of five levels of competition: council, district, regional, state and international. For the Council 9792 contest, a first place ($50) and second place ($25) prize was awarded in each grade category: K, 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, and 7th-8th.

 

The council winners are:

Kindergarten:  Amelia (1st) and Michael (2nd)

Grades 1-2:  Charles (1st)

Grades 3-4:  Luke (1st) and Derek (2nd)

Grades 5-6:  Sophia (1st)

Grades 7-8:  Juliana (1st)

These entries have gone on to the District 11 competition that was held held on January 25, 2025 and has now announced its winners:

Grades 1-2:  Charles (1st)
Grades 7-8:  Juliana (1st)
They both will receive $50 gift cards and will move on to the Knights of Columbus Georgia State competition.  Good luck to Charles and Juliana!
