Knights of Columbus Council 9792 Announces Friday Evening Fish Fries:

Lent is a 40 day season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that begins on Ash Wednesday and ends at sundown on Holy Thursday.  It is a period of preparation to celebrate the Lord’s Resurrection at Easter.

A traditional practice for Catholic communities is the serving of fish on Friday nights. We treat Lent as a season of repentance which calls for abstinence from eating meat on Fridays.  Our council is proud to announce that our long practice of hosting fish fries will continue during this 2025 Lenten season.

The Fish Fries will be held in the parish center on Fridays from 5:00-7:00 p.m. during Lent except Good Friday.  We will serve both dine-in and take-out.
